What are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Sales Department as Trade Insights Analyst located in Dallas, Texas (USA)
Mission
Transform brand strategies into tangible, in-store sales execution. Connect Sales and Marketing through data‑driven insights, activation planning, and performance tracking across key retailers.
Key responsibilities:
· Partner with Marketing to develop brand priorities and marketing plans into retailer‑specific opportunities and activations.
· Provide shopper and category insights that help Marketing tailor brand plans to retailer realities.
· Partner with Sales to align on how brand strategies should show up in‑aisle, on‑shelf, and in shopper touchpoints.
· Define activation plans across retailers and regions, setting quantities, timelines, and deployment plans for all activation elements.
· Coordinate production, logistics, and in‑store execution with internal teams and external partners.
· Track rollout and performance with Sales, sharing insights and optimization recommendations.
· Manage Syndicated Data and POS budgets in conjunction with Marketing and Category Management Teams.
Regular monthly and ad hoc reporting, leveraging syndicated data to share business insights within the organization.
You will need:
BS/BA in business administration, Marketing or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within a CPG organization.
Comfortable mining and analyzing syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.)
Fluent in spoken and written English. Spanish an advantage.
Proficient use and understanding of syndicated data.
Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience using Power BI tools, a plus.
Highly skilled in a commercial mindset and understanding of marketing and sales principles.
