What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Warehouse Analyst with attention to detail skills and Data - driven decision making to join our Global Business Development Team in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).
Mission
The Warehouse Analyst supports end‑to‑end warehousing performance across a network of third‑party logistics providers (3PLs). This role is responsible for analyzing operational data to drive efficiency, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and strong OTIF (On‑Time‑In‑Full) performance, while minimizing obsolescence and excess stock.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support business decision-making
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Performance & OTIF
Monitor and analyze warehouse execution to ensure customer orders are fulfilled completely and accurately.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, staged, and labeled according to customer and transportation requirements, with no discrepancies.
Track and address issues related to shortages, overages, damages, mis‑picks, or late loads.
Partner with 3PLs to ensure orders are loaded on trucks in a timely and efficient manner to meet scheduled pickup and delivery windows.
Analyze root causes of fulfillment failures impacting OTIF performance and drive corrective actions with warehouse partners.
Tracking of Complaints and timely clouser
Cost & Efficiency Optimization
Track warehousing‑related costs (handling, storage, accessorials, rework, etc.).
Identify cost‑saving opportunities through process improvements, network optimization, and better inventory positioning.
Support annual budget reviews and cost‑to‑serve analyses for warehouse operations.
Inventory & Stock Management
Inventory Accuracy at Batch level monitoring and maintaining hygiene in WMS & SAP.
Monitor slow‑moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and support mitigation strategies.
Physical Inventory Counts and time closure with regards to ERP supported by CAPA.
Support to Quality team, Customer Service and Inventory analyst for audit & root‑cause analysis .
3PL Management & Collaboration
Act as a data and performance liaison between internal teams and 3PL partners.
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with performance metrics and insights.
Ensure 3PLs meet contractual SLAs, KPIs, and operational requirements.
Ensure timely processing of 3PL invoices/payments and support warehousing cost control.
Reporting & Data Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for warehouse KPIs (OTIF, inventory accuracy, cost, productivity).
Provide actionable insights and clear recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data‑driven analysis.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify process gaps impacting service, cost, or inventory health.
Support standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, customer requirements, and safety standards.
You will need
Education
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics & Operations/business analytics
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, operations, procurement and related fields.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supply chain management software.
