What are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our sales team as Revenue Growth Manager, located at our headquarters in Madrid.
The functions will focus on the following areas:
- Price Pack Architecture: Developing pricing structures, frameworks, and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives
- Pricing Strategy: Define pricing strategy to maximize total margin
- Trade Promo Planning & Strategy: Define Promotion Strategy and implement continuous optimization.
- Category Management & Portfolio Strategy: Analyzing industry & consumer trends, developing LT strategies within retail spaces to optimize assortment, pricing, and shelf layout
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive RGM strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics to drive sustainable revenue growth within the BU.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align RGM initiatives with overall business strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track RGM performance.
- Collaborate with the global RGM leader and RGM leaders from other business units to drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous learning, and build an interactive RGM community.
Experience & Skills:
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven expertise in RGM, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence or Commercial Finance departments in a FMCG organization.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and market orientation
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Process-oriented, fact-oriented and strong sense of urgency
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and Spanish.

- Data Analytics Platforms (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of proprietary tools NielsenIQ, Circana appreciated.
