Your Opportunity with us:

We are looking for a motivated & talented to join Deoleo as Transformation Office Internship in Rivas, Madrid - Spain, reporting to Head of Transformation.

Role Mission:

You will provide operational and cross-functional support in the delivery of the company’s strategic plan, working closely with various business areas to monitor key initiatives and facilitate the company’s transformation through analysis, coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operational monitoring of initiatives within the company’s strategic plan.

• Prepare presentations, reports and dashboards for internal meetings.

• Analyze data and relevant information to support key business decisions.

• Assist in the development of dashboards and performance indicators.

• Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure effective coordination in project implementation.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Business Analytics or related fields.

• Strong interest in business strategy, transformation and project management.

• Excellent communication skills, teamworking, proactivity, innovation and good organizational skills.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of project management or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.

• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
