What are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and detail‑oriented professional to join our Operations Team as a Master Data & Logistic Administrative on a temporary basis at our Global Headquarters in Madrid.
Mission
As a member of the Operations team, your main mission will be to ensure the accurate creation, maintenance, and coordination of material master data, supporting multiple departments through reliable information and seamless processes. You will collaborate closely with Quality, Blending, Plant Controllers, Procurement, Packaging, and Innovation teams, ensuring that all product‑related data is correctly updated and aligned across the company.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting logistics and operational needs, and ensuring efficiency during key closing periods.
Key Responsibilities
Completing product data forms with high accuracy and ensuring proper integration into the material master data.
Managing manual extensions and updates of materials (MAUX) when needed.
Ensuring that specific fields required by other departments are filled in correctly.
Collaborating with key stakeholders: Quality, Blending team, Plant Controllers, Auxiliary Materials Procurement, Packaging, and Innovation.
Supporting logistics‑related administrative tasks when required.
Ensuring availability during peak periods such as monthly and annual closing.
Providing accurate documentation and ensuring that master data records remain updated and aligned.
Assisting in the improvement of internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all involved departments.
Supporting data‑related activities to guarantee consistency and compliance within the system.
Ensuring immediate availability for onboarding and operational needs.
You will need
Minimum 1 year of experience working with SAP MM.
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Intermediate English level (B1–B2 preferred).
Immediate availability for incorporation.
Availability to work during closing periods

High attention to detail and rigor in execution.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Team‑oriented and able to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to prioritize and maintain accuracy during peak workload periods.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
