We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Sales Department as Regional Key Account Manager area 2.
As part of the GDO team, you will ensure the smooth running of the following activities for our portfolio of brands - Bertolli, Carapelli, Sasso, Giglio Oro, Friol, Maya:
- Drafts and monitors contracts for regional clients under their responsibility
- Ensures the achievement of objectives agreed upon with the direct manager in terms of:
- Market share and numeric and weighted distribution
- Revenue
- Investments and costs
- Extra displays and flyers
- Plans sales activities, providing the RAM Manager with monthly forecasts
- Verifies the execution of the sell-out strategy and the correct on-shelf and off-shelf product display in the managed clients’ stores
- Supports the company in verifying product compliance at the trade level
You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role:
- Education: diploma or degree in economics or similar;
- Experience: minimum 3 years' experience in Sales position in Area 2 in food companies
- Able to handle tough negotiations
- Analytical mindset, able to support business decisions based on data
This position is 100% remote based, but we are looking for someone available to travel and visit clients approximately 70% of the time, with overnight stays; also available to join on site meeting and training at Carapelli Firenze (Firenze).
