What are we looking for?
We are looking for and ambitious and talented profile to join our Logistics Department as Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst, located in Texas, Dallas, U.S.A
Mission
As the Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist you will ensure the successful execution of product movements in order to meet customer needs, both, actual and forecasted.
Key Responsibilities
- You will support the Department by ensuring the proper distribution, transportation, and inventory accounting (deployment) of the Company’s goods and services within a defined geographic region or assigned vendor base.
- You will also be responsible for reviewing daily inventory positioning, making decisions regarding the transport of product, and tracking shipments during the fulfillment process from the assigned point of distribution.
- Competently navigate through an advanced ERP System in order to successfully execute all daily aspects of the "Inbound & Outbound" inventory operations.
- Ensure that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes.
- Coordinate with all involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA's.
- Communicate fulfillment status and/or issues within the Organization to points including Demand/ Supply Planning, Logistics Management, and Customer Service.
- Work closely with 3PL providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation specific to assigned DCs.
- Reconcile warehouse inventory on a weekly basis to identify potential issues and streamline agreed upon action plans.
- Receive and ensure returned goods to warehouse are processed appropriately. Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations.
- Code and prepare proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes.
- Ensure all logistics invoices are paid in time by following up with 3PL providers and working closely to them and with Accounts Payable to minimize aging invoices. Initiate overcharge/undercharge freight bill claims with carriers and tracks reconciliation of the same per regulatory standards.
- Answer questions regarding sourcing from internal and external customers as needed.
- Measure warehouse and 3PL performance to ensure that metrics are being met and develop solutions for opportunities.
- Ensure all EDI transmissions have been sent successfully and able to troubleshoot if any errors occur.
- Support Month End Activities from an inventory accuracy, shipment, accrual perspective.
- Report results on logistics related KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform various other duties as requested.

Key Success factors
Education:
- BS/BA in business administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain & Transportation/Warehouse.
- Work authorization in United States.
- Required travel: 25%.
