What are we looking for?
We are looking for and ambitious and talented profile to join our Marketing Department as National Trade Marketing Manager Located in Mumbai.
MISSION
Design and execution arm responsible for establishing best-in-class sales systems & processes, channel Infrastructure, channel development programs and build the sales teams overall capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the Urban and Rural GTM
• Lead the Urban GTM as per National Blueprint, with Specific Focus on 10 Lakh+ Towns. Also lead the ideation for the outlet and frequency selection in these areas
• In Rural GTM, selection of Town Classes to go to and Frequency.
• Decide the level and Quality of Manpower to use in Rural and Urban
2. Channel and Program Management
• Manage the Channel Structure and Inputs
• Develop the Program Structure to drive the Wholesale / Superstores / Chemist programs.
• Own the Visibility Implementation
3. IT Developments
• Own the rollout of DMS and other Sales IT initiatives.
4. Monitoring of Results and Planning
• Database management of Programs, Outlets and Beats
• Planning of Distribution Drives and Offtake activities
INDIVIDUAL KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (when applicable)
Meeting of Channel and Program Sales Targets and Evolution of Distribution Parameters
Key success factors:
Education
- University degree and above
- Preferably an MBA Degree
Experience
- Previous experience in General Trade in FMCG industry (6+ years )
- Previous Experience in Regional SDTM roles
Competencies
- Deep Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Good command of MS Office package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
